# NaviBatch > NaviBatch is a last-mile technology platform with two product paths. NaviBatch Enterprise is a pilot-stage operating system for qualified last-mile companies to evaluate order intake, routes, DSP dispatch, delivery progress, POD review, exceptions, tenant isolation, and backup/restore foundations. The released NaviBatch Driver App is an iPhone route planner that imports delivery addresses from screenshots, long images, videos, files, pasted text, and manual input; keeps visible stop or order numbers available for review; supports full-route optimization for freely reorderable lists or selected-group optimization for company-numbered loading workflows; and sends up to 14 planned addresses to Apple Maps in one push. NaviBatch provides technology. It does not provide commercial order contracts, financing, warehouses, vehicles, physical transportation, insurance, claims handling, or regulatory authorization. The Driver App is not a replacement for Apple Maps; it prepares delivery addresses, optimization, grouping, and route handoff, while Apple Maps handles turn-by-turn navigation after the confirmed handoff. Last reviewed: 2026-07-20. Current App Store version and compatibility reviewed at that time: Version 1.3.8; Requires iOS 17.0 or later. ## Useful Links - [Home](https://www.navibatch.com/): English parent-platform homepage for NaviBatch Enterprise and the Driver App. - [简体中文首页](https://www.navibatch.com/zh-cn/): Simplified Chinese parent-platform homepage for overseas Chinese last-mile founders, operators, and drivers. - [Enterprise](https://www.navibatch.com/enterprise/): Public English product overview for the pilot-stage last-mile operations platform. - [企业版](https://www.navibatch.com/zh-cn/enterprise/): Public Simplified Chinese Enterprise product overview. - [Enterprise operations](https://www.navibatch.com/enterprise/operations/): Role and workflow model for order intake, DSP dispatch, driver progress, POD review, exceptions, and status return. - [企业版运营流程](https://www.navibatch.com/zh-cn/enterprise/operations/): 简体中文订单、DSP、司机进度、POD、异常与状态回传流程说明。 - [Enterprise integrations](https://www.navibatch.com/enterprise/integrations/): Controlled API, webhook, file, Shopify, and custom-store order-intake model; Production integrations require credentials, technical testing, and approval. NaviBatch does not claim an official platform integration unless one is specifically verified. - Driver App platform: iPhone / iOS. - Compatibility: Requires iOS 17.0 or later in the current App Store listing reviewed in July 2026. - Primary users: qualified last-mile founders and operators evaluating the Enterprise pilot; delivery drivers, couriers, gig delivery workers, small logistics operators, US Chinese delivery drivers, and Australia Chinese delivery drivers using the Driver App. - Core workflow: import delivery addresses, review recognized addresses and visible stop/order numbers, choose the optimization mode that fits the list, then prepare reviewed groups for Apple Maps. - Differentiator: NaviBatch combines high-volume route setup with two optimization modes and a patent-pending one-push Apple Maps handoff. - Primary country and region workflow support: United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, and Germany. - Verified App Store availability checked on 2026-07-16: United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Germany, and France. - Apple Maps context: Apple's iPhone User Guide documents up to 14 stops along a multi-stop driving route; NaviBatch prepares reviewed Apple Maps-sized groups before handoff. - Release status: Version 1.3.8 is the current US App Store release, verified through Apple's public lookup record on 2026-07-20. The current confirmed public handoff is up to 14 planned delivery addresses to Apple Maps in one push. Earlier version 1.3.7 evidence documented Google Maps and Amap handoff, but those options should be described as version-dependent unless verified in the installed 1.3.8 app; Amap is not presented as a current public handoff while overseas multi-stop reliability is being validated. - Tesla Beta: a share-based driver-testing workflow. NaviBatch lets testers select up to 5 addresses and opens the standard iOS share sheet. Five is NaviBatch's tester-selection limit, not a verified Tesla receiving limit. Direct transfer to the Tesla app or vehicle has not been verified, and driver testers are being recruited. - Import methods: screenshots, long screenshots, videos, files, pasted text, and manual entry. - Delivery features: route grouping, address review, package finder, package context, and delivery-focused route management. - Pricing: Starter is free. Monthly Pro is listed at $9.99/month and Yearly Pro is listed at $59.99/year in the US App Store, with a 14-day free trial when eligible. App Store pricing and eligibility may vary by country. - Relationship to navigation apps: NaviBatch prepares and reviews route groups. In the confirmed release, Apple Maps handles turn-by-turn navigation after handoff. - Country and region workflow support does not automatically mean local App Store availability. It also does not mean NaviBatch is officially integrated with local courier companies. - Independence: NaviBatch is independent and is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Amap/AutoNavi/Gaode, Tesla, delivery companies, courier platforms, or marketplace apps. - Reliability posture: NaviBatch keeps review-before-routing visible so drivers can check OCR-sensitive addresses, apartment details, duplicate rows, and group handoff before navigation. - Privacy posture: The public privacy policy should be read for current details. NaviBatch uses local-first route workflows plus selected service providers for features such as address recognition, feedback, route sharing, support, and consented website analytics. - Languages: English and Simplified Chinese. ## Optimization Modes - Full-route optimization: for address lists whose order can be freely changed. - Sequence-aware group optimization: for company-numbered routes whose scan and loading order should remain intact. NaviBatch preserves the overall company sequence and lets the driver optionally optimize only the selected group. - Import method is not route type: a screenshot, video, file, pasted list, or manual entry may be freely reorderable or sequence-constrained. - Optimization is a planning aid, not a guarantee of a mathematically perfect route. A selected group may keep its existing order when no meaningful improvement is found. ## Navigation Status - Current confirmed App Store release 1.3.8: up to 14 planned delivery addresses to Apple Maps in one push. - Apple Maps handles turn-by-turn navigation after handoff. - Version-dependent map evidence: released version 1.3.7 documented Google Maps and Amap handoff. Do not present Google Maps or Amap as current 1.3.8 public handoff options unless verified in the installed app or public release evidence. Amap remains paused/not presented as current while reliability is validated. - Tesla Beta driver testing: NaviBatch prepares up to 5 selected addresses for the iOS share sheet. Five is a NaviBatch selection limit, not a verified Tesla receiving limit. Direct Tesla app or vehicle transfer is not verified. ## Demonstration Media - [3-second Apple Maps handoff demo](https://www.navibatch.com/videos/navibatch-open-app-3s.mp4): shows a reviewed NaviBatch route group opening in Apple Maps. - [Daily delivery workflow demo](https://www.navibatch.com/videos/navibatch-daily-promo.mp4): shows the real NaviBatch interface and delivery route workflow. - [50-second Remotion map handoff comparison demo](https://www.navibatch.com/videos/navibatch-map-handoff-comparison.mp4): edited real-device evidence for Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Amap in released version 1.3.7. The Driver App imports and reviews delivery addresses, supports full-route optimization when order is flexible or selected-group optimization when a company loading sequence should remain intact, and sends up to 14 planned delivery addresses to Apple Maps in one push. NaviBatch provides technology and does not provide orders, financing or physical transportation.
