Privacy Policy

1. Overview

NaviBatch ("we," "our," or "us") is an iPhone delivery route planning app. This Privacy Policy explains how NaviBatch handles information when you use the mobile app, visit this website, contact support, submit feedback, or use optional sharing features.

NaviBatch is designed around a local-first route workflow. Many route lists, delivery stops, proof photos, and settings are stored on your device unless you choose a feature that requires processing, sharing, feedback, support, or cloud-backed account functionality.

2. Information Handled In The App

2.1 Route, Address, And Delivery Data

When you add, paste, import, review, group, or edit delivery stops, the app handles route and address information so it can provide the requested route planning workflow. This can include street addresses, unit or apartment details, coordinates, route groups, delivery status information, and any stop labels or notes you choose to keep with the local route record.

For batch geocoding, NaviBatch may send US delivery address text to a Cloudflare Worker so the app can return coordinates and reuse results for the same address. The Cloudflare D1 geocode cache stores normalized address text and geocode result fields such as latitude, longitude, matched address, confidence, review flags, and timestamps. Its schema does not include fields for names, sort numbers, stop numbers, package notes, photos, or user identifiers.

2.2 Screenshots, Photos, Videos, Files, And OCR-Sensitive Inputs

If you choose screenshot, long image, video, file, or photo-based import, the selected media or extracted text may be processed to recognize visible delivery addresses and stop details. These workflows may use service providers for address recognition or AI-assisted extraction. You should review recognized stops before routing because screenshots, videos, and OCR-sensitive inputs can contain visual noise, cropped text, or duplicate rows.

2.3 Location And Map Data

If you grant location permission, NaviBatch may use your location to show your position on the map, estimate route context, calculate distance, or prepare route setup. NaviBatch prepares route groups; Apple Maps or another navigation provider handles turn-by-turn navigation after handoff.

2.4 Delivery Proof Photos

If you use delivery proof photo features, photos may be saved to your device photo library or attached to support or feedback only when you choose to provide them. NaviBatch does not sell delivery proof photos.

2.5 Optional Account, Feedback, And Sharing Features

Some optional features use cloud-backed services. For example, the app may create or use a device-based user profile, display name, avatar, feedback posts, feedback images, comments, route share codes, route/group share data, and related timestamps when you use profile, feedback, community, or route-sharing features.

3. Website, Contact, And Analytics Data

4. How We Use Information

We use information only as needed to operate, support, and improve NaviBatch, including to:

5. Service Providers And Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers when needed to provide app or website functionality. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may include Apple Maps or other Apple services, Firebase/Google AI services, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare including the D1 geocode cache, email delivery providers, Google Analytics after consent, and App Store services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, with your consent, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

Local route data and photos remain on your device unless you delete them or choose a feature that sends data to a service provider. Cloud-backed geocode cache rows, feedback, user profile, avatar, comment, and route-sharing data may be retained while needed to provide those features, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, or meet legal obligations. Support emails and contact form submissions are retained for support and business records.

7. Your Choices

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS for network requests and access controls for service providers where available. No app, website, or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children

NaviBatch is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Transfers

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using NaviBatch or contacting us, you understand that information may be processed where we or our service providers operate.

11. Changes To This Policy
