NaviBatch is an iPhone route planning application for delivery workflows. It helps users import delivery addresses, review stop lists, organize route groups, and hand planned stops to Apple Maps. The App offers free functionality and optional paid subscription features.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Subscription Plans and App Store Pricing
NaviBatch may offer monthly, yearly, or other paid subscription plans through the App Store. Current subscription prices, free trial eligibility, taxes, currency, and regional availability are shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm a purchase. App Store pricing may vary by country, promotion, currency, tax treatment, and eligibility.
If any price shown on this website, marketing material, or support content differs from the App Store purchase screen, the App Store purchase screen controls the transaction.
3.2 Subscription Features
Premium subscriptions include:
• Higher route and address limits where enabled
• Advanced route grouping and optimization workflows
• Multiple Apple Maps handoff groups
• Package finder and professional delivery workflow tools
3.3 Auto-Renewal
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
3.4 Free Trial
• New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as shown in the App Store purchase screen
• If you do not cancel during the free trial period, you may be charged the subscription fee shown by the App Store
• You can cancel your free trial at any time through your App Store account settings
3.5 Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaviBatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Safety Warning
Do not use NaviBatch while driving. Plan your route before starting your journey or have a passenger operate the application. NaviBatch is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of our Service while driving.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NaviBatch is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall prevail.
